I am a therapist with over fifteen years experience, working from home in Portchester, with individuals in a confidential environment.

On the other hand you may be wondering who you really are or just have feelings that you cannot understand or that you wish to get rid of.
Therapy can help you to explore difficult, confusing and often painful, emotions and experiences. I do not give advice or express opinions but help you to gain insight and understanding; to find meaning so that you can more easily make healthy life choices and become more autonomous and complete.
I believe that we are who we are today, not only because of our given nature but also as a result of our life experiences and the way we perceive them. It can be enlightening and healing to reflect on this away from the intrusions of everyday life within a secure and professional relationship.
